We ship worldwide using either the Swedish postal services or a courier. Shipping charges is calculated on the weight and the size, as well as the destination of the package.

Most destination within Sweden and Scandinavia is reached within a couple of days. You will receive the tracking number upon shipment so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Returns

Should an item be faulty, notify us as soon as possible. If the package should be dented or handled ill during transit, notify the courier immediately and make them take a note of it. Once you have contacted us, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number to mark the parcel with. Return the faulty item and we will have it tested. You will either receive a refund or a replacement part.

Do not ship parcels to us without having the Return Authorisation Number. Should the item work when we test it, you will be charged an additional fee of 250 SEK and the item will be returned to you.

Payment

The item purchased remain in Guru Meditations ownership until fully paid for. There are two options, Paypal and Cash-on-Delivery. If you buy items that doesn't weigh or take up alot of space, which can be shipped with a normal envelope, always pick COD. If you would prefer to pay with PlusGiro you should also pick COD. Picking COD means the shipping price will be re-calculated upon shipment, often in favour to you.
